07 DecThe First Blog Entry At CCRN Academy
Hi there and welcome to this little section of the web devoted to Critical Care Nursing!
Originally, we really just wanted to write down the stuff that we were learning about the CCRN certification that we were after but in the end we decided that it would be great if we can develop some sort of online portal or website where we can also share our experiences with other people who are interested in taking the CCRN Exam.
So what do we have so far?
For the moment, a lot of what we have are just notes on paper and scribbles on the inside of text books and study guides. Meaning: we don’t have a lot of things for you at the moment. But don’t worry. We are working on it! I think that these things that we have learned on our little journey has really helped us get to where we want to be and I think that these notes and tips will also help you in your own quest for that certification.
What are we doing exactly? We are trying to distill what we have written down in our notes and the stuff that we have found out as we went on this little journey of ours and we are trying to put them into concise and easy to understand pages that someone will easily understand and commit to memory.
The CCRN Exam Is Not Easy
No it is not. But also remember that a lot of hard work also pays off! If you commit the time and effort that is needed in order to study for the CCRN exam, I am pretty sure that you will pass and get certified. All the study guides and test questions will not help you if you do not put in the commitment and invest your time to read them and actually practice.
The CCRN study guides and practice exams will definitely work in helping you pass the test but only if you actually use them! Regularly. If you do, things will go by a lot more smoothly and you might even think that it was all too easy (isn’t that how it normally feels when you pass a test you’ve prepared for?)
So hang in there and be a little patient with us as we sort through our materials. I am sure it will be worth the wait. In the meantime, continue your research and spend some time gathering the required hours. We will get the site up completely running and useful in no time.
